Inspiration:
To create an inspirational book students will combine the artistry of handmade books with uplifting content. Through using a worship song for inspiration and reflecting on the good things God has done for them, students will develop creative artistic skills.
Lesson Supplies
(5) 9” x 9” pieces mixed media or watercolor paper (3 for the pages and 2 for the covers)
(2) 5 ½” x 5 ½” pieces of corrugated cardboard (for the covers)
(2) 30” pieces of jute twine
hot glue gun and hot glue sticks
yarn
liquid watercolor in spray bottles

colored pencils
